
MOVING FROM THE OLD APP TO THE NEW ONE
STEP 1
Remove the BOG Rewards app completely from your device including any stored version in the Cloud.
Note: When the app is deleted from your Apple device, the app still exists in your account, and it may even be unintentionally added back to your phone during an update or sync. Permanently deleting an app, takes a few more steps on an Apple device.
- Press and hold down the app you want to remove until all the apps begin shaking or you see the pop up with options.
- Select the Remove App or Delete option depending on which version of iOS you have installed.
- From there, tap Delete again to confirm to uninstall the app from your phone.
- From the Home screen, open “Settings“.
- Choose “iCloud“
- Select “Storage“.
- Select “Manage Storage”
- Select your device.
- Scroll down and select “Show All Apps“.
- Turn the app on or off as desired.
- Tap “Turn Off & Delete” when prompted, and you’re done.
- Press and hold the app you want to remove.
- Your phone will vibrate once, granting you access to move the app around the screen.
- Drag the app to the top of the screen where it says “Uninstall.”
- Once it turns red, remove your finger from the app to delete it.
STEP 2
Re-install the current version of the mobile app on Apple or Android.
Go to the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices) or simply text BOGrewards to 37373 for download links directly to your device.
TROUBLESHOOTING
You can always login to the web version of the mobile app from any browser on any device at BOGrewards.com.
Tokens
If you are seeing any message regarding “tokens” when resetting your password, this means the old version of the app is still on your device. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
Password Reset
If you are having any issues resetting your password, the easiest way is to go to the web version of the app and you can reset from any browser on any device (including your desktop PC or Mac) at BOGrewards.com.
Wallet
If you are still seeing anything related to saving offers in your wallet, you have an old version of the app. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
